Grazie di cuore ❤️ (Translated by Google) I went in with confused ideas and just to take a look and I came out with two perfumes, a Valentino and a Carolina Herrera, I spent really very little but I would really like to know the name of the sales assistant who helped me choose on September 5 at 4, she was amazing she made me fall in love with the good girl, she is a super sweet person and has a really reassuring voice in addition to being a wonderful woman I really had a great time, it's a shame that I didn't know this wonderful shop before but know that you have gained a customer for anything I will trust you for. (Translated by Google) 5, and that's not a lot. I discovered this perfumery somewhat by chance, while I was searching for a "Bvlgari Le Gemme Onekh" perfume, and it was a truly delightful experience. Despite some initial hesitation (I hope they'll excuse me for this), I read several positive reviews and decided to buy the perfume on Saturday afternoon. Any remaining doubts, however, were dispelled by Monday, when I was contacted by the company asking if they could ship it. This may not matter to some, but for me, who have been scammed in the past while purchasing perfume, it was a sign of great reliability and professionalism. I should also add that the person I spoke to was very kind, even replying to me about the product's arrival even though I wasn't completely sure. The package arrived Tuesday around lunchtime, and here comes the second joy: I found a well-sealed box with a tamper-evident label. Upon opening it, I found a sea of paper that had wrapped the perfume bottle, also wrapped in wrapping paper to protect it. The product I found was obviously original and in perfect condition. I apologize for the long review, but I think when you do such a good job, it's more than fair to say everything. Very often, when it comes to a bad experience, people go on a rant, but when faced with EXCELLENT service, they limit themselves to only giving 5 stars. That said, I thank the company and its staff; there will certainly be another opportunity for me to order again. Thank you.
